Returns & refund policy

Unopened, factory-sealed film rolls in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Because analog film is light- and heat-sensitive, opened or exposed rolls cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Why we like it

HP5 Plus 400 is the backbone of our black-and-white darkroom. It is nearly impossible to ruin—shoot it at 400 for long, smooth greyscale tones, or push it to 1600 and 3200 for classic gritty contrast.
