01 / Film Rolls & Expiry

All film rolls are fresh-dated (2027–2028 expiry) and cold-stored at 8°C. Unopened, factory-sealed boxes can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Opened or exposed rolls are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

02 / Analog Cameras

Every camera is bench-tested in our Andheri West lab and includes a 7-day inspection & return window for a full refund if it differs from description, plus a 6-month mechanical warranty on shutter, transport, and light seals.

03 / Accessories, Books & Refunds

Unused accessories and unread photobooks in original condition qualify for 7-day easy returns or exchanges. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
